Everything I do, I do with intention and the desire to make an impact. I care deeply about people in my life both personally and professionally - and because of that, I spend my time wisely. I do so with the intent of driving some sort of difference whether that be in someone’s day, in a project, in how someone views a challenge or even how they view their business.
In addition to making an impact, I love creating. Building something and stepping back to see a final product and then finally putting that product to use to make an impact is my ultimate goal. This way of thinking led me to build Bloom Marketing Partners. In this capacity, I collaborate with partners to do what I love: make a difference in organizations and hopefully in lives.
Kate S. Licina, Founding Principal of Bloom Marketing Partners, has been focused on marketing in financial services for over a decade. Prior to launching Bloom, she served as Head of Marketing for Advisory Research Investment Management and Associate Director of Marketing & Communications for Henderson Global Investors (now Janus Henderson Investors). Kate began her career in the investment industry at Citadel LLC in Chicago and began her career in marketing and public relations at The Zimmerman Agency in Tallahassee, Florida. Kate holds a B.A. in Communications from Florida State University and was awarded the CFA Institute Investment Foundations Certificate.
