Meet Kate

Everything I do is done with intention and the desire to make an impact. 

Creating something new and seeing my clients put those efforts to work to make an impact is my ultimate goal. This way of thinking led me to build Bloom Marketing Partners. 
In this capacity, I collaborate with clients to do what I love: make a difference in organizations and hopefully in lives.

Kate S. Licina, Founding Principal of Bloom Marketing Partners, has been focused on marketing in the financial services industry for 13 years. Prior to launching Bloom, she served as Head of Marketing for Advisory Research Investment Management and Associate Director of Marketing & Communications for Henderson Global Investors (now Janus Henderson Investors). Kate began her career in the investment industry at Citadel LLC in Chicago and began her career in marketing and public relations at The Zimmerman Agency in Tallahassee, Florida. Kate holds a B.A. in Communications from Florida State University and was awarded the CFA Institute Investment Foundations Certificate.
